Why am I not able to send the worksheet as an email attachment ?

The emailing of the PDF is a standard functionality of the iPad or any iOS device, and it should be in real time. To troubleshoot this issue please verify that you are able to send and receive regular emails with attachments on your iPad. The file size tend to be large, so it may be difficult to send over the phone network, a Wifi might work better.
Also some service providers have limitation on the size of the attachment, the application has been tested with Yahoo and Gmail successfully. The Default Mail Account is used to send the email, this can be changed in your device settings(mail,contacts, calendars).

Is there an alternative approach to using the email ?

An alternative to using the email approach, is to use iTunes to download the PDF. The iTunes software is available at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ once you have it installed on your computer.

Please see below for the steps involved in downloading to your computer

• Attach the device to your computer/desktop using USB cable, this usually launches the iTunes application
• Select the iPad device under iTunes, this will open up the device specific information.
• Choose the Apps tab and scroll to the File Sharing section at the bottom and save your file.

How do I Re-enable or Move the Add-On Feature to a device ?

To enable this Add-On on a different device, please follow the steps below

• Navigate to the Add-On Buy Feature screen in the App
• Click the Buy Feature button
• Enter the parental control code
• You will see a Confirm your In App purchase popup
• Click the Buy button and enter the same iTunes ID you have used to purchase this feature in the past, you will see a popup with message You’ve already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free.
• You should see a confirmation message.
• You should not be charged by iTunes again if the purchase was successful in the past
